Our Yoga & Mindfulness classes for kids are a fun, feel-good space where students can stretch, move, breathe, and just be themselves. Each class mixes silly and strong yoga poses, partner stretches, breathing games, music, and short relaxations made especially for kids. Along the way, children learn the foundations of classic yoga poses — building balance, strength, and body awareness in a way that feels playful and achievable. We use imagination, stories, and creative themes to help kids grow confidence, focus, and calm-down skills they can use anywhere. It’s all about strong bodies, steady hearts, and happy minds — and leaving each class feeling relaxed, proud, and ready for whatever comes next.
